In the Randoms song "Let's Get Rid of New York," the line "King Kong knew what he was doin' when he left the town in ruin" always stood out to me. Their contempt for NY came from the run down crime ridden era of the 70's. Mine is more about the insane rising rents of 2014 and the American League baseball team.
